New Active Lifestyle Community Draws a Crowd

When you begin your search for an active lifestyle community designed for buyers 55 or better a few communities might make your short list. Warwick Grove, Woodbury Junction and Wildflowers at Wallkill have long been the only neighborhoods in town to cater to your needs but now a new community has arrived and buyers are in awe.

For residents of the Village of Woodbury, encompassing both Central Valley and Highland Mills New York, there is another huge benefit to living in a scenic area so close to New York City: Woodbury Rec.
Woodbury Rec. is for Village of Woodbury residents and guests only and features live music, arts and crafts and recreational options like swimming in the Central Valley pond or relaxing on the beach at Earl Reservoir.
