We offer two different home styles in The Retreat at Carmel: Manor Homes and Condominiums. Of the Manor Homes there are three models to choose from: Newhall, Mayfield and Reston. Each of our Manor Homes comes with a two car garage, 2+ Bedrooms, 2+ Bathrooms and extra storage rooms. If you’re coming from a very large home and would like to increase your in-home storage you may opt for a full basement beneath one of our Manor Homes.

Our condominiums offer an ideal blend of no maintenance living and spacious single level home design. You can choose from five different designs ranging from one bedroom layouts all the way up to two bedroom homes. No matter the choice, all of our condominium homes comes with our signature features including 42-inch Maple cabinets, granite countertops, glass shower enclosure and in-home fire suppression system.

In addition to the luxurious features that come with every home, we designed our condominiums with your comfort in mind. First, we utilized the space under each building to create an underground parking area. You’ll never have to shovel snow or brush off your car again. The parking area and every floor in our condominiums are accessible via elevator.

Next, we concentrated on correcting the biggest flaw we saw in condominium building design: the amount of space between each floor. While other builders are content with a mere six-inches of space between each floor, we decided to put two feet of space and insulation between each floor. Loud neighbors are a thing of the past.

Finally, we wanted each of our homeowners to have their own outdoor space so we are building all of our condominium homes with their own private, covered patios (approximately 7′x5′). Those are just some of the amazing things we’re doing for homebuyers of The Retreat at Carmel.
