The Grove at New Windsor is a hillside townhouse community in the Town of New Windsor New York. Located near New York International Plaza, The Grove at New Windsor offers luxury community features like a 4,200 sqft+ clubhouse, homes ranging from two and three bedroom models and both one and two car garage homes.
Two bedroom homes (resale and new) are priced from the mid $200s while three bedroom models can be found in the high $200s and up.
New York International Plaza is a planned mixed use development with commercial office space, light industrial buildings and retail based around the growth of nearby Stewart International Airport.
The Grove at New Windsor offers easy access to interstates for commuters as International Boulevard connects to Route 747 which leads to I-84. A redesigned New York State Thruway on-ramp/exit system now allows commuters to connect directly to I-87 from I-84. The new highway connection opened in Spring 2009.
