Now a little more about the man behind the site…
I specialize in new homes and real estate for sale in Orange County, NY. More specifically, I most often serve the areas of Monroe, Goshen, Washingtonville, Warwick and Newburgh which are the most popular destinations for my clients. Most of my clients are relocating from NYC and will continue to commute there while living in Orange County so I fully understand the needs and desires of someone looking to find peace of mind in the suburban country with close proximity to mass transit and highways.
I have personally assisted dozens of clients over the past few years with buying a home and have strived to create a first class home buying or selling experience for clients. I take a very proactive approach to education and enjoy learning more about my industry as well as new ways to assist my clients
Additionally, I have obtained my Associate Broker real estate license for the state of New York. An Associate Broker is vastly different from a real estate salesperson, the more common of the two, because brokers are educated in the fields of general finance, office and agent management and have more in-depth knowledge of real estate laws and regulations. In fact, a real estate broker (or associate broker) must receive nearly twice the education of a real estate salesperson before becoming eligible for licensure.
